Offers some nice tips on making accessible website. I especially liked #4: Don't share your problems with the user. It's not the user's fault that you or your comment form gets spammed, so don't make him go through hoops to contact you or leave a comment - How not to create crappy systems Very cool and refreshing general guidelines for building bullet proof systems. Really The Ten Commandments for the programmer!
