2 cent thought of the day:
The level of professionalism in our field can be measured by the amount of developers complaining about the lack of quality of other developer's code: either way we all produce crap - except you of course - or we should just stop whining and deal with it.
This doesn't mean me taking sides here: maybe really both statements are true. Which at least means we have a lot to master on a technical level, but also on the people / social side of things. Of course you can criticize everything in public, that's really a good thing, but DON'T start naming names. If still, you really have to criticize someone personally, do it in private and not for the world to see.
